Golden Buddha Health and Wellbeing

We train in Wing Chun, Muay Thai, Classical Wushu, Tai Chi, general fitness & one to one personal training. Sessions in Prospect and Modbury.

Train the way you want! Golden Buddha operates on a having small classes so that more attention can be paid to ensuring club members are getting their techniques and training right. Main session is 6.30 pm-8pm (45 minutes body conditioning, 45 minutes skill development). Whether you want to prepare for competition, train for fitness, or even just for fun, Golden Buddha can train you how you want. Golden Buddha also offers flexible training hours, morning, afternoon, or evening available to members by appointment with Sifu Rob.
There is also a barbeque 8 pm every first Friday of the month...so come on down!
